TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Confirmation of participation


Participation in the World Schools Show is confirmed by the Show organizers by forwarding a pack of documents including a confirmation letter and an invoice. The organizers have the right to reject a booking of an applicant whose products aren’t compatible with the subject of event.

  1. Payment


All fees are payable in the invoice currency. Payment terms are indicated in the invoice as well. If the booking is made less than 45 days before the event the full payment is due within 5 days from the date of the invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer.

  1. Cancellation Policy


Participation in the World Schools Show is confirmed by the Show organizers by forwarding a pack of documents including a confirmation letter and an invoice. Terms and conditions of cancellation will apply.

  • Fees for the Show are not refundable if cancellation is made by a Customer less than 2 months before the date of the event

  • If the cancellation is made by a Customer at any time more than 2 months before the date of the event the Customer has the right to transfer the full amount for the next event

  • If the cancellation is made by the Organizer all fees will be refunded in full, however the Organizer is not responsible for any expenses (including transport expenses and visa fees) related with the Show



  1. Force Majeur


The World Schools Show has the right to postpone or cancel the Show for reasons beyond its control ( including industrial action, civil strife, acts of terrorism or war, decisions of governmental authorities, natural huzards or curtailment of transportation and others). The World Schools Show will notify participants immediately. In case of cancellation participation fees may be transferred to another World Schools Show event within one year. The World Schools Show is not responsible for any loss of travel or other Show related expenses that can arise from cancellation or the Show postponement due to Force Majeur.

If the cancellation is forced to be made when the World Schools Show has already started, it is agreed that World Schools Show has fulfilled all its obligations and Customers can’t claim for fees or related expenses refund.

  1. Tables allocations


Tables allocation is done at the discretion of the Show organizer. The Customer has no right to choose it’s table allocation, nevertheless the Organizer will comply if possible with the Customer’s request.

  1. Show catalogues


Every Show participant will receive an event catalogue.

  1. Participant details


All details of participants received prior to the Show and during the Show are for one-time use only and may not be passed on to a third party.

  1. Liability and insurance


All participants are advised to be insured against personal liability, fire and theft. The World Schools Show is not responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibits, materials or equipment through fire hazard or theft.

  1. Media Waiver


Participants give their permission for the World Schools Show to use photos and videos, taken at the Show to promote the future events.
